Dark berries, no cherries, spice and tannins on the long finish, slightly funky as well, a bit meaty — 5 years ago

Was excited to try this grape and place, not disappointed. Unique flavor and tons of minerality. Spicy and smooth, lemon, peach, florals, chalk and flint. Light body, medium acid. — 4 years ago

I’m beginning to enjoy the other varietals (than Malbec) produces in these Argentine Andean souls at high altitudes more and more. This 70% Cab / 30% Syrah blend is a lovely example of a refined mix giving intense new world character with the subtleties of old world wine making. The terroir comes thru in notes of gravel and rosemary. The fruit is big but it mildly dissipates in a most pleasant way. Drank it with a cheesy vegetable casserole with mushrooms and herbed garlic tomato sauce base... a great pairing! — 6 years ago
Drink it, cook with it. Dangerously tempting having it overhanging kitchen counter next to phone. Much happier being in kitchen and robo callers aren’t as annoying anymore, lol! I enjoyed this wine in a bottle and love the fact that it’s as good in a box. About time a quality wine was put in a box. Price is great but the convenience and quality are what sold me!!! — 7 years ago

Vinho com notas mais adocicadas. Fácil de beber bastante. — 5 years ago
91/100pts, 4.2⭐. Star gazing Andean vineyards of Malbec, overlooking Mendoza plateau in 12month new French oak, 2014 vintage.
Dark ruby, violet rim, fat tears.
Fully smoked tobacco nose with elegant accords of overripe forest berries' jam.
Full body, velvet tannins, med acidity.
Multilayered palate, tons of black cherry & plummy notes in minty dark choco fudge.
Joyful cinnamon & sweet tobacco notes lifted by delicious acidity in long intense finish
