Makes Albariño seem worthy of varietal royalty. Interesting fruit complexity: full dose of soft pear, ripe peach and it's pit, and lime zest. MLF and/or shorter sur lie because no floating evidence but butterscotch/honey is there. Albariño's heavier succinic (salty) acid, some barrel age, ..smoky limestone?, moderate plus acid finish, Only 12.5% alc.

The pale color is that of golden straw, and the palate comes forth with a mighty acidity and a mouthful of green apples, on the tart side.
