Really like this kimoto Junmai.
Smells like bran flakes with banana and milk with the merest hint of white peoper and ripe nectarine.

Character: light; refreshing; sweet, but well balanced; crisp.
Not as floral as some other sake's out there; more fruity. Taste of plum is distinct mid palette, then tapers off. The taste of plum isn't distracting.
