Our last Cherry Pie from a discovery a few years back. Still delivers that initial aha memory. Bold strawberry, with barnyard undertones. — 8 years ago
Aha! Sing me a song of six pence! An amazing show of beauty and grace. Well liked by all with firm chewy tannins. This could have gone for another 5 - 10. Yum, sad to see you go, glad to have more space.. — 9 years ago
I rated this 10, because I honestly can't imagine how it gets any better than this. This wine is awesome, totally kickass. It has everything you'd expect in a very old Barolo, yet has life and fruit and vibrancy. Amazingly, it has years to go and is still getting better. A huge aha experience. — 9 years ago
How did I get this lucky? An "aha" wine for California, I am always overwhelmed and grateful to drink such a special wine, especially with the man who crafted it. Plush tannins so soft I'd like to take a nap in them and rich, forest floor that someone was kind enough to sprinkle with raspberries and plums. — 7 years ago

Aha. Found a dry Rose that I really like. Finally. Crisp and fresh, nice minerals, almost like a German Riesling. This is a winner. Rating affirmed 9/18/16. — 8 years ago
In Kumamoto, after the AHA instructors' meeting, old faces gathered at a wine bar that I don't remember. Full body with a good flavor of oak. — 8 years ago
F. Me! This was an aha wine for us. Dirty elegant, heartbreaking he is no longer with us. — 9 years ago
