Peach and white melon nose with an interesting green apple and tart peach cut with ripe pair (probably associated with the Chardonnay Viognier split) saturation in one's mouth complimented by a long complete finish. After a long summer of rosé moments, this wine fits perfectly with manchego, nicois olives, and raw almonds :). Kudos to PromiseLand Market for offering up all for the liking - cheers!
