2013 Soave that is absolutely delightful! Aromas of key lime pie, white flowers and honeydew melon with a hint of banana pudding and star anise among other fall spices. Vibrant flavors dance on the front of the palate with beautiful lemon zest, stone fruit and wet slate. Minerally through and through with a lovely balanced finish that offers a touch of almonds. Maybe it's not as mature as Adriano Celentano in his great Verona Concert 2012 which I'm watching now, but being youthful like Adriano's songs are :) it's pleasure to enjoy young (tannins are mild & mellow) . Full body, freaking heavy bottle but wine itself seems to be not so heavy, full of vivid fruits, mainly blackberries, velvety, deep crimson color, luscious liquid with long spicy, herbal finish. 89pts. — 8 years ago

2007 - Vigna della Corte is a vineyard in one of the most famous Cru in Soave, Castelcerino, at 350 meters a.s.l. It comes from Garganega grapes partly and shortly dried and partly late harvested. The result is a smooth and elegant Soave wine interpretation. And at this age - quite unusual here - it demonstrates how gorgeous these wines are, if only they leave time to work on them. — 9 years ago
