Really, really good. Surpassed expectations and delivered a nice bottle of wine, particularly when paired with bolognese. — 9 years ago
The 1993 is drinking nicely at 23 years old. Bright cherry aroma and flavors. Long fruit finish. Aging nicely. Drink up over next couple years. — 7 years ago
Magnum for pizzanight. Excellent pinot. — 9 years ago
Body is very light, lean seems more appropriate. Tart cherries, mineral notes, very aggressive acid, a great wine. — 9 years ago

Oregon Syrah? Surprisingly tasty! Floral & very high acid. Thanks @djbocce! — 7 years ago
Celebrating end of 2015 harvest with our crush partners and dear friends at Adelsheim Vineyards. I pulled an '89 Meo so we could all drink Jean-Nicolas' first vintage which he crafted side by side Henri Jayer. The wine - a Village wine - just sang - blew us all away - including the winemaker — 9 years ago

2012 was a great year in the Willamette Valley and this wine shows it. IMO, Temperance Hill is Adelsheim’s flagship wine. Mineral and fruit, you can almost sense the stone in the soil, and the ripeness of the fruit. — 6 years ago
