Very balanced. Not too sweet or spicy. Brown sugar and graham cracker flavors along with chocolate and fresh backyard mint. There is a hit of alcohol in there as well. Finishes warm with pie spices. — 9 years ago
Amazing 2006 vintage. It holds up extremely well and is very fragrant. LOVE it! — 10 years ago
Velvety and dark, the gingerbread flavor sneaks up on you but doesn't linger. Crisp finish, especially in the back of your throat. — 10 years ago

Beautiful showing of dark chocolate layers with hints of jalapeños. — 11 years ago
Deep ruby, toasty oaky dark red fruits, dry, supple tannins. Full bodied bur with a lean elegance that is improved by drinking the other half of the bottle two days after opening. So worth decanting to really enjoy its subtleties… — 11 years ago
Great Brew for the holidays , even better, much better than The Cherry Wheat, Get Some, gone soon — 11 years ago
Light, good with spicy food. Not overly dry — 12 years ago
