This wine is still drinking young notwithstanding its 21 year age. Tannins are still tight but the wine is racy and elegant. It evolved significantly over an hour and a half period and became less austere. A refreshing level of acidity is present but I would wait at least another 5 years before sampling again. — 9 years ago

21 Feb 2017 exhibits terroir. 738 is the 2010 vintage. Pale lemon, citrus nose of lemon oil, has minerality. It's zesty and nutty. On the palate- firm elegant and lots of body. Dosage of 2.5g/l.
