Nice dry red sparkling. A little treat in this summer heat with some dark chocolate — 6 years ago

In great shape surprisingly after decanting for 1 hour. We drank this celebrating my father's 90th birthday. — 9 years ago
Very very good for a cheap wine. Excellent with beef, lamb, etc. — 5 years ago

We elected to open up one of our purchases from Mendoza. This wine is from Lujan de Cuyo and comprised of 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 70% Malbec. It also has a high alcohol content of 15.1%. It took just over 2 hours to fully open up, and the flavours continued to express themselves as the evening progressed. In regards to taste, it’s a big bold dark fruit ensemble, comprising of dark succulent cherries, blackberries, cassis, and plums. It’s not jammy or syrup like. It’s velvety against the tongue and elegantly balanced. The fruit flavours are followed by vanilla, subtle herbaceous notes and fine dark chocolate. The flavours amalgamate providing a layered and royal finish. Exquisite. Served with lamb shank and orzo pasta. — 5 years ago
Amazingly fresh and with such a gold vivid colour. Great palate, with sugar levels still standing the time and a perfect cork. Probably it was recorked before release. — 9 years ago
Spiced mango, jasmine, bergamot, black tea, tangerine peel, very juicy and expressive and with plenty of weight. In the mouth there is a wonderful sweet juicy orange, tangerine lead acidity but also an unctuous richness of golden syrup, super ripe stone fruits, a great freshness on the long finish. — 9 years ago

Easily one of the most complex malbec wines I have had. Tar, leather, tobacco on the nose. Medium to soft tannins. Fruit starts to show after about 45 minutes decanted. Mouthfeel is velvet. ¡Mendoza pura! — 5 years ago
