A lovely wine to go with sausages, spetzel, and bitter greens. Lovely. Added some to the brown gravy and went great. Softer and brightly fruity and light afternotes. A bit light to go with a heavy dinner. Would be better with something lighter with less umani and fat — 4 years ago
