Easy to drink, not too complex, but nice and dry. Smells a bit like leather before opening up. Finishes nice and jammy but with very little sweetness. Equally as perfect with a baguette & butter or grilled meat. Drinking it on a fairly unseasonably warm day, which tells me it’s not too heavy-bodied.
