Deep gold color with aromas of rich preserved lemon and beeswax with hints of buttered popcorn
Palate with bright lemon and broad luscious mouthfeel framed by perfectly balanced acidity. Maintained complexity over several hours. Still seems to have plenty of life left. Wish I had more — 4 years ago
Crisp and tasty white burgundy. Fantastic with anything. — 6 years ago
Great nose. All minerals. Some nice Apple and pear. Delicate. Electric acids and super juicy and clean. Good depth and nice sweet like and Meyer lemon flavors. Terrific freshness. Structured and deep. Minerals linger on the palate. What a Montagny. Pierre-Yves slayed this. — 7 years ago
Killer! Walks a fine line of minerality and reduction while still balanced. Hazelnuts, toasty, Apple and citrus fruits. — 9 years ago
signature PYCM on the nose, reductive minerality, honeysuckle, white peach and peach blossom. On the palate, lots of floral undertones, a hint of toasty oak and a ton of minerality. Outstanding but short of the razor acidity of en refills, maybe due to the warmer vintage — 2 years ago

2006 Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Batard Montrachet. White burgundy course during K charity wine dinner, alongside the '07 Lafon Montrachet. This wine had a little more acidity, pineapple, brioche, and light minerality. Gorgeous wine, but definitely lighter and a touch more acidic than the Lafon. Always great! — 8 years ago
Time for some #pycm action. This just made my night. — 10 years ago
