Blackberry, chocolate and spicy aromas. Medium tannins and juicy. Went nicely with a hamburger blended with mild jalapeño and cheese. I would get this wine again. — 2 months ago
Medium ruby , quite wide ruby / garnet rim , but very little bricking . Very young looking . Quite deep on the nose with dusty spiced cassis and dark fruits and coffee , slightly toasty , leather. On the palate quite dark fruits , cassis , spiced plum , roasted peppers , with those coffee notes. Quite sweet on the mid palate with ripe but still noticeable tannin, good balanced and acidity and balanced alcohol . Pretty decent length with a leather , coffee tinged finish . Still drinking very well , and will do over the next 5-8 years . — 3 months ago
Vegetal nose with young, ripe fruits on the palate. Heavy tar and tobacco without being HEAVY! Good buy! 👍🏻 — 7 days ago
Tried twice! Blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah and 10% Carmenère, deep Ruby with purple hues, aromas of black fruits and spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry, black currant and black pepper spice with some cacao notes. Rustic big tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit and powerful spice. Drink now and over next 3-5 years for max benefit. — 2 months ago

Wow, this second wine from the famous #apalta producer is stunning. Nose is supremely elegant black/purple fruit, sous bois and dried herbs. The rich beam of dark fruit is offset by the perfect level of acidity on the palate with velvety tannins on the finish. — 2 months ago
Medium ruby , garnet , with a bricking terracotta rim . More mature than the Clos Apalta , leather , cedar , dried spices, sous bois , musk. On the palate more rounded , sweet cassis , blackberry , roasted red pepper , sous bois and leather. Noticeable slightly drying tannins , good balanced acidity . Pretty good length with a coffee tinged, just slightly drying grafite finish . Mature but will drink well over the next 5 years or so . — 3 months ago

Very nice, high quality wine but I can just not get over these vegetative green notes (methoxypyrazines) from the predominant Carmenere grape in this blend. Just reminds me of green peas or agave. So that ruined it a bit for me. But my wife, Tammy, really liked it. We will be going to Chile this fall to look up some of these awesome wineries.
