Celebrating 6 years with a beautiful woman with a beautiful bottle. Creme Brûlée and key lime pie all day long. Thanks Dan!

A crackin little champagne for $100. Gingerbread and wood. New favorite. — 10 years ago
Sadly, I committed child abuse with this guy. But that being said, it was deep and complex. Cherry cola on the high end and sexy French oak on the lows. The tannins were mild, prolly owning to the ripeness. Overall it was amazing with my New York steak. Decant a few hours beforehand, in my opinion.

Sweet ( surprise )though a bit uncouth around the edges. I'm going to sit on my remaining bottles for a while. — 9 years ago
Really fun white. Tense and nervous, and a bit disjointed. But not in a bad way, in an interesting way. A true wine of altitude. — 10 years ago
The little Pallus, but no small showing. Simple at first. Then she warmed up and became all savory and meaty. — 10 years ago
This wine changed my view in Albariño. Clean slate and fun kaffir lime notes. Bone dry, just how I like them. I'll be buying more of this ASAP. — 9 years ago
This baby super oxidized out of the gate. But then she changed to this long sleek V8 Chardonnay machine. Kinda like a slow, low rumble of a well tuned Chevy. Power and finesse. Yoghurt and cream...blah blah blah. Really it was amazing. — 9 years ago
