black pepper blossoms. mind you, I’ve never smelled a peppercorn blossom but I swear that that is what I’m smelling. everyone else picked up on bell pepper- straight peppercorn to me. From the Chaume hillside, 1 of 2 red wines grown on Chaume. — 3 months ago
