This was gorgeous. Bursting with high toned notes of flowers and succulent fruit, a generous richness from the RS backed by brilliant acidity. A rich and concentrated bottling from Schaefer. Jasmine, orange blossom, tangerine, ripe yellow peach, white tea and verbena. Palate showed some earthier/mushroomy qualities hidden behind the juicy citrus and stone fruit.
