Fun wine to drink with the Varner family and also not a typical California Chardonnay. There are some butterscotch aromas, but not too buttery or bold. More of a subtle beeswax scent and melon. Has an oily texture that costs the tongue with flavors of ripened cantaloupe, honeydew, and peach.

Deep yellow color. Aromas of nectarine, apricots and lemon skin. Mix of stainless steel and oak- subtle malolactic with a hint of butterscotch.
