Inocente Fino Dry Sherry Palomino Fino

Good classic fino nose, palate is a touch raw but very long, echoing tasted nuts, vanilla pod, quite raw.

At first too alien for my palate to understand...the dry hi-alcohol content was jarring...started munching on Spanish almonds and Spanish olive oil on sourdough...third sip was a new world...toasted almonds and bitter ethanol, rotted fruits but just enough lightness. Medium bodied and charismatic. I will be drinking more sherry

Easygoing pale, dry sherry. With subtle aromas of almonds, green apples and olives. Easy on The palate. Well balanced.
