Vanilla and apple nose. Creamy, brown butter, baked apple. Round, clearly full ML. Med to full body. Mod length. Definitely in the rombauer spectrum. One glass is enough. Not my usual style but went well with polenta, shallot rosemary cream sauce, and sausage.
