Nov 24th, 2022Fruity, on the nose with some (very) dark fruit, a hint of graphite and a bit of stony earthiness.
On the palate this is bone dry, dark fruit & high acidity. Proper tannins too, though so finely polished. Not your typical fruity Dolcetto but so nice & a brilliant food wine!!
