Great tension, focus and precision with a sharp acid spine and intense minerality. But it lacks complexity and finishes abruptly. Still too young. Drink ‘11 even though not the best vintage while you wait for ‘12 and ‘13.

Needs time. A little muted and ordinary at the moment.

very nice wine with a long finish and lovely vinosity. Fine mousse, yellow orchard fruits and citrus. Long future.

En Magnum. Didn't catch the disg date. Still quite young, but pure Chetillons goodness.

Dry, round, smooth with lighter fizz. Heavy chalk with green fruits. Will benefit from age.

Lovely minerality, complex toasted notes and fine bubbles. Need some more of this.

All of the markings of a lovely champagne... but not the brioche profile I love. There’s citrus, balanced and blended, but still there - would have rather had the yeast flavor.
