This is a beautiful wine. Vivid violet and bright color. Cedar, unsweetened blueberry pie. Persistent and lasting palate. It evolved so much in the glass. Had it with a rich Bolognese meat sauce and the wine didn’t diminish but seemed to get even bigger.

Pop.and pour, 1 hr slow ox. Absolutely crushable. On the nose:.black tea, cardamom, wild strawberry, black cherry compote. On the palate: fantastic acidity, good density, more.black tea and cardamom, with juicy black currant, black pepper, pomegranate seed and a thin line of finely grained tannin. Excellent.
