Greasy, chewy, funky, medium to full body. What a frigging joy to drink...74% Pinot Bianco, 26% Greco de Tufo. The complexity, the yin/yang conversation between fruit, tannin, acidity makes sure you don’t lose track of what you’re tasting. I live for “food wines” like this.

Dec 31st, 2020Cloudy in the glass, shy nose, but explodes on the palate. Rich, amazing weight and complexity. Light in alcohol, but heavy flavors of ripe pear, apple, melon, fig. Nice fruit/acid balance but the wine is shocking in its power. I need to buy more of this Pinot Bianco/Greco do Tufo blend. Lots more appeal than Sauv Blanc or Chard. Long, booming finish!
