Pale in color (young). Jasmine, bee pollen, citrus on the nose. Light oak. Mild flavor. Very balanced for a CA Chard. Okay and smoky. Acidic up front. A little light on the finish. I prefer the Golden Slope or the White Hills chard from the same producer. This is VERY lean.
