This one isn’t as good as the estate. On the wrong side of extracted. Jolly rancher essence on the nose and a little heavy on the entry. A nice mid palate and finish rescues it a little.

From the moment it hits your nose to the finish in the mouth, this is an outstanding expression of what the winemaker and Paso have to offer. I'm in heaven with luscious fruit, sultry nose and a well balanced experience. In love!

Rich dark fruit, spice, and tannin. Surprisingly great pairing with black cod in soy and honey. The tannins cut the richness of the cod. Outstanding.
