Riviera Ligure di Ponente Pigato

A nose full of minerals followed by a tender sparkling salinity surfing on fresh lemon over the palate. The aromas linger for quite a while. The alcohol gives a nice grip, but is a little bit too present on nose and palate. Wood drink again anyway.
