Tasted blind. Amber tawny color, thin in the glass. Notes of cola, sweet fruit, mocha, some dusty earth and a little Swisher Sweet cigar. Light and dancing in the glass. While the fruit is a bit faded, this has that light acidity and decent structure that delivers great balance for what's left in this wine. Hung in there during the night but it was no match for the 71 Vogue Musigny next to it. Guessed mid-60's Musigny.

Soft and poised with lovely settled Pinot fruit. Very resolved and translucent with incredible purity and focus. Long and complex.
