Very Chardonnay Chardonnay. Definition from the textbook. No oak, no tertiary aromas or flavors. Just chardonnay, like we know it. Only note of note is the high ABV (14.5%) - provides a milky texture - cream offset with textbook acid and it's refreshing, relatively uninteresting.

Oct 15th, 2022Crisp, toasted lemon, honeyed, slight almond finish. Delicious. Very malleable.

Jun 12th, 2022The color is straw to pale yellow. On the nose is a bit of yeast, lemon pie, honey and very little oak. The acid cuts through the palate with lemon and pear. Initially the wine is refreshing, pauses with malolactic in the middle, but finishes a bit too hot. Global warming must have helped to get this to 14%.
