Not for the faint of heart. I’m a huge fan of JB Becker’s trocken (dry) aged Rieslings, and this is full of character like one would expect, but I do think it will benefit from more bottle age - many years more. Big on the nose, big flavor with lime and bitter lime zest, green apple, and maybe a little persimmon. Full throttle Riesling.
