2021/2/6-7 with grilled beef filet, rigatoni alla gricia and grilled cabbage salad. This was a nice country Burgundy - no new oak is used (or at least that was the case for other recent vintages), leaving cherry, strawberry and pomegranate fruit. It’s light and open-knit and on the right side of herbaceous.
