Cuvée Raymond Cyrot Pommard Pinot Noir

Blew the dust off this one from our family cellar, some funky, earthy notes when we opened it, blew off quickly to reveal some forest floor and mushroom aromas, acidity still in tact, silky texture and long pleasing finish, a fun wine with a French cheese board.
