Perfect tonight with marinated bone-in pork chops. Tasty fruit and pleasing body wrapped up in mouth-watering acid and finishing with pitch-perfect earthy minerality. 12% abv. Drinks a bit too easily. Pay attention to this wine. It’s the least you can do.

Latest vintage from one of my favorite FLX producers. Floral on the nose and lemon lime notes on the pallet. Good acidity. Consistent, but other recent vintages were better.
