Nose is green apple, lemon peel, bubble gum and some autolytic biscuity notes.

Palate is reminiscent of lemon gelato. Decent acidity with a touch of green apple with sugar sprinkled on top. A bit of metallic and cherry/apple skin bitterness on the finish which isn't my favorite.

Decent sparkler for the price. Nice fruit, but the finish is a bit austere to make it really drinkable for me.
