Flint Vineyards Silex Blanc
50% Pinot Gris, 30% Chard, 10% Pinot blanc and 10% Pinot Noir.

This is a really pleasant surprise from Norfolk, UK.
The Pinot Gris comes out in the nose, with the Chardonnay following up as second fiddle.
Your pallette is greeted by pleasant lemon notes with the citrus rounded out by a lot of limestone and I guess flint (judging by its title) minerality and maybe some malo?
