Drank over two days, a slight feel of gas and bubbles at the opening, needs air, was much better on day two, even gorgeous. Lemon peel, touch of smoke, mineral and saline, crisp and tangy yet full and long. 90-91
Bu sur deux jours, à l’ouverture une impression d’effervescence un peu, se dissipe peu à peu, besoin d’air. Excellent au jour deux, frais, salin, mineral, citron et fumé très légèrement. 90+ au jour 2.

Pop and pour. Yum. **Much** better than the 17 imo. On the nose: mineral, lemon peel, soft vanilla, smoke; excellent perfume On the palate: fantastic acidity, lemon vanilla cream, but solid minerality to back things up. Clean, tangy finish. Excellent.
