DAY1
👀Medium golden yellow
👃Lemon, melon, gravel, a touch of butterscotch, and aged wine notes
👅Less fruity than the nose. Buttery. Touch of florality. Stony minerality. Good acid. Can feel some alcohol(14%) Light oak treatment. The finish is dry and salty

Would pair nicely with mild cheeses👍 Wish I had some👎

Remaining wine stored in fridge under Vinloq preservation

DAY11
Similar experiences to DAY1. Less oak and alcohol now. Elegant style

Only purchased 1 bottle in 2015 after a big tasting. Waited until now to open as I thought this might be optimal time. Maybe so. I don’t think this improves from here but it is in a good place and it was enjoyable
