Raspberry jam, plum sauce, and dried figs and berry fruit leather. Red licorice, spice, pepper and medicinal herbs on the finish.
Very nice match for a couscous bowl w sweet potatoes, carrots, and pork. Worked particularly well with the sweet veggies and za’atar spice mix.
