Pale yellow in color. Lemon cake on the nose which carries over to the palate along with stone fruit, orange peel, and some interesting salinity. The mouthfeel is ultra-sleek with a slight note of petrol. The acidity is mouthwatering and the finish is outstanding. Stepping out of my comfort zone tonight with a white Bordeaux and I was not disappointed. A beautiful wine. I paired it with blackened scallops and lobster risotto and it was outstanding.
