Heard SLB’s pair well with roast chicken….very much the inexpensive Burgh mouthfeel, bright cherry fruit and nicely restrained given the age but has that sourness on the sides and back of the palate that I don’t love…what I think of as a pleasant bistro wine by the glass. J really likes

Light bodied, with some free/herbal notes. The tannins have softened from what you can expect from Savigny. A good representation in a challenging year.
