Nose: shellac, plum, cigar. Color: garnet. Pallet: soft, not silky. Old. Definitely drink now. Flavor: plum. However, pairs well with bacon!!

Very light in color but rich ripe dark fruits, licorice, cola and spices are great on nose and taste. Nice long finish. Got better and better with the meal.
