Smells so lovely, lemon, melon and tropical notes. Full and almost creamy... honeysuckle, lemon, peach and papaya. Would be awesome with some grilled salmon.

Lots of bubbles, not a lot of substance. Kind of reminds me of a cheap Chard/club soda cocktail. It's a ok as a happy hour wine or a summer BBQ, but comparing it to a decent champagne it misses the mark. A great wine to bring to share at a friends house as it has a great story, I'll stick to other wines to drink.
