A tasty, round and mellow Sauvignon Blanc which noticeably improved after it warmed up & decanted for 15-20 mins.  Apricot, peach & almond on the nose and a smooth palate which adds a touch creaminess. Quite a nice Valentine's day pairing with grilled salmon piccata pasta! ($19) [2/14/23]
