Mouthwatering IGT #supertuscan featuring rich cassis fruit on the nose set off by forest floor and mushroom. (In fact the label calls out shiitake.) The dark fruit carries through to the palate but there’s a robust acidity counterpoint and soft tannins on a long finish. Delicious wine.
