Good Chianti, but not extraordinary. This wine is ready to drink immediately upon opening, making it a good restaurant choice. The wine did not last long: if decanted, it will lose its flavor, and I do not believe it will age any longer. Good classic Chianti flavor including leather and cherry followed by an astringent bite in the long finish.
