Organic, dry farmed, whole cluster pressed, 16 months month on lees, Method Champenoise, zero dosage, California Sket Riesling, 13.5% ABV ... Boom!
Fruity, apple cider, bitter dry edge, straw, pleasant cleansing acidity. Classic.
Loved this wine since 2006 (first vintage, from another vineyard, crazy level of acidity) Great now, and would love to see it down the road.
