Tonight's wine is the 2018 Benton-Lane Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. From Monroe, Oregon.

On the nose there is cherry, strawberry, raspberry, vanilla, spice, mushroom, forest floor and earth.

On the palate is cherry, raspberry, strawberry, vanilla, clove, red currant, spice , herbal notes, oak and earth.

This is a medium bodied wine with a fresh velvety mouthfeel medium + acidity and a mediumfine corse tannins that moves into a medium + to long red & dark fruit earthy finish. He we are in the middle of another week and looking forward to an exciting wistful weekend. Please stay safe and healthy, enjoy the rest of your week and have a great weekend. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷

We had the 2018 Vintage on 7/2-3/22. This is a good, fruit forward and Medium bodied Oregonian Pinot Noir. The tannins smoothed out on the second day. There were tastes of black cherry, cranberry, spice and a touch of cola. The bouquet had black cherry and sage. This is a good wine; the First Class is a nicer wine.
