Juliet Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Love these 14 that are pop and pour. First thing that jumps out is the soft velvety tannins. Rich and full blown yet soft and tamed. Not super complex yet so pleasurable. Long nuanced after taste. Fun wine.

Brash and unapologetic! This is full tilt. Wonderful blackberry immediately upon opening. Juliet is already open for business!

Boom! Sweet but not in a way that makes it sickly. Very berry and smooth 🤤

I Put the Foley back until tomorrow, in the mean time I popped one of @Martin G Rivard gift bottles, thanks Martin this is a nice early drinking Cabernet, Beau Vigne should be on every Restaurants list, theres room on the menu just dump the Caymus & Justin.

2009. Lovely. Paired well with spinach pasta.
