Raspeberry, Sequoia, Santa Cruz Mtn soil.

Carbonic maceration, destmmed after 10 days, fermented on-skins for some time more, pressed to mouthfeel, native ferment, unfined, unfiltered, 13% abv. Slightly cloudy without notable sediment.

I really appreciate this wine, while my friend is bonkers for this wine. Easily approachable, easy drinking & pair-able, does not seek to destroy (thank you!)

Very pleasant, fruity, great on its own or with food. Great without decant (notes potent for me though), I enjoyed more with 1 hour decant. Enjoy now.
