Light body, deep flavor. Earthy and savory, with tobacco and a core of dark cherry, lively with slightly sticky tannin. Yum!

Tasty Nebbiolo from a different region. Started out with lots of leather. But cherry appeared later. A hint of pepper. Yummy!!

A fresh, light expression of Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca in Lombardy.) Less tannic than its Piedmontese cousin, but still with a bright, cherry like fruit character as well as a spicy black pepper note. Paired with homemade chicken parmigiana.

Tart, fresh, juicy, not overly aromatic. Cherries and red currant with dried herbs & black tea and an earthy undertone. Medium to light body with juicy acidity and a surprising & delightful tannic grip. This is very nice.
